In order to achieve the living environment that is comfortable, safe and blessed by God, the terms are the following:
- This dorm is only for male. It is forbidden to bring female into the room.
- To maintain a quite environment, it is not allowed to turn the music or TV too loud
- To maintain safety from fire hazard, it is forbidden to add substandard electrical extention. No making fire inside the room.
- Don’t bring in or consume drugs or alcohol inside dorm.
- No smoking inside the room.
- Don’t destroy or break dorm’s properties
- No pets allowed
- Turn electrical appliances and shut off water if it is not used
- Monthly payment is made no later than 5th day of the month and transfer to Bank Mandiri acc. 1080093064005 on behalf of Agus Saepul Dahlan or .............. Bank Niaga on behalf of Atik kartika
